It is Lotus' proprietary shelf-stable cream that does not separate in beverages. It elevates every flavor you add it to! You can use it in hot and cold drinks. It’s also really great for blending to make Lotus Energy Whips

No. Lotus products are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration.
